FRIENDS, SUPPORTERS, AND EDIE FALCO ATTEND FERRARA FOR ASSEMBLY FUNDRAISER

Over 30 friends and supporters of Joe Ferrara, Democratic candidate for New York Assembly, gathered at the Atria Tanglewood in Lynbrook for a fundraiser to support his candidacy. Among the attendees was a special guest - Edie Falco, former start of the hit TV show The Sopranos.

"Our fundraiser was a big success" says Ferrara, "Everyone enjoyed learning more about our campaign, networking, and of course, meeting Edie." Ms. Falco joined the event at the request of her brother, Joe Falco, a Lynbrook resident and Ferrara's enthusiastic campaign manager.

Ferrara is running for the New York State Assembly in the 14th District against Bob Barra, the Republican incumbent. Raised in Lynbrook, Ferrara now lives in Valley Stream and works for a not-for-profit organization. He is engaged to be married this year.  

The Ferrara campaign is dedicated to fighting for tax relief, providing affordable clean energy alternatives for New York, and making sure our schools get the funding they deserve. The 14th Assembly District covers Valley Stream, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, South Hempstead and portions of Baldwin, Oceanside, East Rockaway, Malverne and North Lynbrook.
